It is once again that time when the seasons change, routines change, and we gear up to crush a new month!

This fall, we are bringing you b!tches back to school with our 30-day accountability challenge!⏰

For every 4 classes you complete, you will get entered into a draw for our grand prize filled with lots of local goodies:) Attendance will be marked on your monthly calendar posted in studio

You asked and we listened!! We are so excited to be bringing back our annual Pride Ride hosted by our one & only & Kelowna’s sweetheart and the Two-Spirit goddess herself ✨

Don’t miss these two, THIS Saturday for a 45-minute ride full of pumps, dips, & pride anthems you’ll have stuck in your head all month long!🌈

Bikes for this class are limited and do fill quickly so make sure to book online or send us a DM to save your spot!

Class will be $25/bike with partial proceeds donated towards protecting Trans Lives🏳️‍⚧️🤍 We will also be accepting donations throughout the entirety of June in studio:)

WOW! We are so blown away at how successful our team was at our February Bingo Challenge last month❤️ (don’t be fooled, this is a picture from week one… we actually SMASHED it)

We always knew we had a bada$$ crew but this past month, we saw everyone push themselves to new limits and achieve so many goals towards a better you:)

Whether you win the draw for a prize or not, we are so proud of you for challenging yourselves and can’t wait for Bingo Round 2…stay tuned!!

This Valentine’s season we are challenging YOU to show as much love to yourself, as you do to those you hold dearest💕
