After 22+ years of coaching women, I've learned something important:

Most women don't need another diet.

They don't need more rules, more restrictions, or another promise that this time will be different.

What they need is support.

They need someone who understands that weight loss after 40 isn't the same as it was at 25.

They need accountability when motivation disappears.

They need a plan that works during busy weeks, stressful seasons, vacations, holidays, and real life.

That's my mission.

30 Minutes Changed My Week

Last night, before dinner, I spent about 30 minutes making 4 Greek salads.
4 overnight oats
Low sodium spaghetti sauce

Nothing fancy.
No complicated recipes.
No spending hours in the kitchen.

Just a simple plan that makes healthy eating easier for the next few days.

Then for dinner, I had one salad with scrambled eggs for a quick, protein-packed meal.

One thing I've learned after 22+ years of coaching women is this:

Consistency isn't about having more willpower.

It's about making healthy choices easier when life gets busy.

Many women tell me they don't have time to eat healthy.

The truth is, most of us don't have time not to plan.

A little preparation today can save you from last-minute decisions, drive-thru meals, and wondering what to eat when you're already hungry.

You don't need perfection.

You just need a plan that works for real life.

Are you wondering why weight loss feels harder after 40 than it used to?

You're not imagining it.

Your body changes.

Hormones, stress, sleep, muscle mass, and metabolism all play a bigger role than they did in your 20s and 30s. That's why the old advice to simply "eat less and move more" often leaves women feeling frustrated and stuck.
