It's race week!

Okanagan Peak Performance Inc. has kindly donated to help offset some of our chip timing costs for this year!

They have also donated a door prize for 1 free month of 2x/week semi private fitness coaching valued at over $600.

I personally have used their services in the past, and know multiple people who are still clients.

Since our race falls on Sept 17, the day of the Terry Fox run, we are going to have a jar at packet pickup collecting donations for the Terry Fox Foundation!

Bring any spare change you have to support an amazing and historic Canadian cause.

*IMPORTANT* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the reality that despite mitigation strategies, this pandemic will require social isolation measures for the foreseeable future. we regret to inform that the Fast Days of Summer 5000 will be canceled for 2020. We also hope this decison stresses the seriousness of this pandemic, and the personal choices needed to flatten the curve. See you all in 2021.
