Plyo Box Can be used for exercise other than Jumping on !

Travis Martell Martell Elite Fitness well known trainer in Kelowna did this Video to Show one of these exercises. Travis Is a great human . Used to be a Professional Hockey Player and now he creates Professional Hockey Players! Huge fan of this guy ! I met him at a Golf Tourney and He is a pretty good golfer but a much better Fitness Coach. Great attitude about this Community. I expect big things from him in the future ! Even though what he does now is such high demand the skies the limit for Travis . Thank You Travis.

If you don’t know who this Gem of a trainer is well you should . Tired of trainers not walking the walk or taking the time to give a &$:””$ well then Kevin should be a breath of fresh air !

This guy is all community all the time . And one of those people that you want to be around . He is there for his clients 100% . I have heard second hand from at least 3 of his clients how amazing he is . Of course and I’m glad to say he is my friend .

Pilates ball !!

Who knew something so light and bouncy could be so effective in getting a great workout !!

I know I say this every time but it’s so very true when it comes to this trainer . We are great friends ! She is all about hanging with her two active kids , teaching spin , bootcamp, barre , volleyball, soccer etc etc . She is sporty . She is a full time teacher and mother of two. So we are very lucky that she took the time out to do this video for us.
