Back at it again this weekend to start off a new series at home!

BSC Ontario rolls into Mosport Karting Centre this Saturday and Sunday. One race on each day, looking to keep this momentum going in event 3 of my 5 straight race weeks.

DOUBLE WIN AT HOME 🏆

a weekend like this is one I’ve wanted for a while. I knew my chances for a win this weekend were high going in, but to pull off an overall weekend sweep and sweep the day on Sunday was never what I thought.

Saturday was kartstars senior class at 360lbs weight. Qualified P3 and quickly got to the top winning the prefinal. In the final, I held my spot in second until the final lap. For many years, I have tried to pull off what very few have ever done. I’ve practiced the move while training drivers, but could never make it work in a race. Finally, this was the day. Around the outside of turn 6 was what seems to be a shock to the paddock and I’m thrilled to have gotten it done to take the win.

Sunday was wet(sorta). Just before qualifying, I decided to risk slick tires with a hybrid setup. 2 minutes before the session, it began to pour. With the help of my dad and Jamie, we swapped tires and gear AND made it out in the back of the pack, then put it on pole by 6 tenths. Throughout the prefinal and final I had some incredible and clean battles with Logan Pacza . In the end I took the win, finishing on tires that should’ve been in the garbage 2 rain races ago.

I can’t thank Jamie and Jamie MacArthur enough for their engine support, and of course to represent Marc and Stehle Motorsports up north.

Quali-P1 by over 1 second
Prefinal-P1 by 8 seconds
Final-P1 by 6 seconds

Nothing beats a wet day at mosport 🤙🏻
Weekend off now to recharge before we go on a 5 weekend straight races back to back.

so close yet so far.

Hard not to be proud of the performance this weekend, but to say im satisfied with the results wouldn’t be close to true.

Setting the fastest time of everyone all weekend in Light qualifying out front with no tow, it was safe to say we were the ones to chase all weekend long.

After winning both Medium heats and solid 2nd and 3rd finishes in the Light heats, I was in position to go for both wins.

Hard to say how Medium would’ve ended, but we led when it mattered. Racing happened and it put me to 3rd on track and 2nd after penalties. Head up and focus on the next one.

Fired up from the end to medium, we put on a show in Light. It was chaotic from the start but I found myself in the right position with to pull away and make it a 2 kart race. After what I would call the cleanest most proper last lap battle with major, I made a pass for the lead down the back straight. With only 2 corners left, I protected the inside but lost momentum and not only lost the lead at the line, but also a 2nd place finish as our battling brought the rest of the pack to us. Finished 3rd with a gap of 0.039 to the win.

I only ever show up to race with one goal and one goal only, and to come up short by the smallest of margins both times hurts.

Still so much to be proud of, we displayed the sheer pace of the Stealth and that .motorsport are just as, if not more competitive than other builders. Happy I could put the brands up top on the biggest 4-Cycle stage in Canada and to make my name known on the .chaser broadcast.

HERE WE GO! ITS TIME! 🙌

First big event of the year, the 4-Cycle nationals is this weekend in beautiful Mont Tremblant, QC.

Running 2 classes this weekend, the stacked 80 kart field of Sr Light and 30 karts in Sr Medium.

The stealths and .motorsport engines and dialed in. Time to go put them on the top step, and bring home some more Canadian titles 💪🏻

Quali: P1 on my own
Prefinal: P2, great fight
Final: P1 with a pass on the final lap to win.
