Society has monetized success.

Everyone is in competition with each other trying to…

Have the go to the best schools.

Get the highest paying jobs.
⠀
Drive the slickest cars.
⠀
Wear the trendiest clothes.
⠀
And show up on social media living their best life!
⠀
But for a lot of people it ends being one huge trap.
⠀
You get in debt for the car.
⠀
You work your ass off for a raise and when you get it, you upgrade your house stretching yourself even more.
⠀
I was living that life for most of my life and what confused me the most was that I still wasn’t happy.
⠀
I thought there was something wrong with me!
⠀
What I learned though all of this was that my beliefs about success were all wrong.
⠀
Back then I’d rather be unhappy with the Gucci shoes than happy without.
⠀
And the funny thing is… I was the most depressed and disconnected that I’d ever been in my life.
⠀
I learned that monetizing success creates competition, greed, anxiety and fear.
⠀
It makes you care what others think & it makes you compare yourself to what everyone around has and does.
⠀
It puts you in the lack and actually holds you apart from what it is we truly seek.
⠀
FREEDOM!
⠀
Growing, expanding and learning has become second to paycheques and material items.
⠀
True freedom comes when you can let go of your old identity and love yourself enough to grow.

What changed was my perspective.⁣

Free from addiction, cravings and labels.⁣

And because if this massive shift, I decided I was going to help people within the recovery space.⁣

How to create with thought💭⁣

Whether you believe it or not, your material experience is created FIRST by thought.⁣
⁣
You experience the material world through your senses.⁣
⁣
Look at it like this...⁣
⁣
You are plugged into the matrix by your senses.⁣
⁣
This can get confusing because...⁣
⁣
You are lost in the physical world.⁣
⁣
You lost touch with that nonphysical part of you.⁣
⁣
You forgot that you are the awareness of yourself.⁣
⁣
You create everything by thought before it manifests in the physical.⁣
⁣
There is so much more than just what you can..⁣
⁣
See⁣
⁣
Touch⁣
⁣
Hear⁣
⁣
Feel⁣
⁣
& taste.⁣
⁣
The best way to start creating by thought is to UNPLUG!⁣
⁣
So... how do you actually do that?⁣
⁣
The easiest way is MEDITATION.⁣
⁣
Step 1) Starr small take just 5-10 minutes out daily to sit alone in silence with your eyes closed. Make sure you are comfortable and won’t be disturbed.⁣
⁣
Step 2) Focus on your breath. Your mind will wander... when it does, just remind yourself to focus on your breathing and pull yourself back to your breath.⁣
⁣
Step 3) Guided meditations are a great way to start going deeper. It will help you sit in the nonphysical longer by giving you something to focus on.⁣
⁣
The more time you spend unplugged, the more you will see how real the nonphysical world really is.⁣
⁣
You will adopt a new belief about our world.⁣
⁣
You will feel new levels of calm & clarity.⁣
⁣
You will start realizing that you can think yourself into a new life.⁣
⁣
And you will start to gain control of the voice in your head because you will realize it’s not you!! ⁣

You are the awareness that hears that voice. ⁣
