Join us in congratulating our very own Cynthia Zhang who has made this year's Senior National Team!

This past season was our first season back in full swing following lockdowns, restrictions, training setbacks etc. What a season of accomplishments with each competition posing a new set of challenges. Cynthia pulled through what was a tough comeback season for all athletes and managed to come out on top as one of our Canadian National Team Members!

We look forward to seeing what this season brings as Cynthia prepares for Elite Canada in February to compete amongst the best in the country! We are so proud of you Cynthia! Keep up the hard work!

It's that time of year! Back to school... Which means after school activites are starting!

Snag your spot for our fall recreational classes! Rhtyhmic gymnastics is the perfect after school activity combining the strength and coordination from gymnastics with the rhythm and grace of dance!

Registration is now open for our Fall recreational classes!

We are so excited to have you back in the gym with us this season!

Our Fall session will include 12 classes from September to December and will be held on Fridays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Come and be part of a great Team!

Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Competitive Coach to join its coaching team for the 2021-2022 season!

As part of the KRSG Team the competitive coach will be responsible for gymnasts of all ages competing in the Ontario Interclub and Provincial stream programs.

Check out our 8 week play based program to foster these developmental skills! While being guided by a coach, your little one will work on catching, throwing, bouncing, kicking and much more. 👯

NEW Parent and Tot Virtual Gymnastics classes!

Looking for a way to develop your toddler’s fine and gross motor skills, all while staying within the comfort of your own home?

We have created an 8 week play based program to foster these developmental skills! While being guided by a coach, your little one will work on catching, throwing, bouncing, kicking and much more.

We’re excited to share this new program and provide an opportunity for you and your toddler to engage in fun activities together.

Beginning October 27th & 29th:

Tuesdays: 9:15am-10am

KRSG has been working hard on developing some new summer programs for our athletes!

We are very pleased to announce our NEW Recreational Online Summer Camp, open to new and returning athletes.

The camp will feature gymnastics, dance, across, music, games and more!
