It is with great sadness that we announce tomorrow will be Clarity Yoga’s last day before our doors permanently close. The new restrictions have required that we close earlier as of tomorrow at midnight , this was earlier than the planned day of December 27.

We will miss you all 💗💗💗

So be sure to pop in tomorrow if you can the regular scheduled classes will be in place . If you have any questions please email [email protected]

The Breath Workshop is happening this Thursday November 11th join Vivian in an immersion of breath and yoga, more details below. Reserve your spot through MBO or in studio!

✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

Immerse yourself in an interactive experience gaining knowledge of breath and yoga.

Vivian will guide you through various techniques and styles of breath to incorporate into your yoga practice as well as practices that are easy to use to manage stress in everyday life.

This workshop will include gentle movement and meditation so wear your comfortable yoga clothes!

When: Thursday, November 11th, 3-5 pm

Investment: $15+GST per person
