First laps, first hikes, sunny patios, and a mountain full of familiar faces. Thanks to everyone who joined us for the start of summer at Sun Peaks!

Lifts are spinning until 7:00pm tonight, with Lift & Lager on at Masa’s patio through 5:00pm.

The countdown is on. Opening Day at Sun Peaks is just one sleep away!

Tomorrow, the Bike Park opens for first laps of the season and the hiking trails officially welcome their first explorers. A large selection of bike trails and most of the hiking network will be available to enjoy.

Whether you're hitting the berms or heading out on the trails, we'll see you on the mountain tomorrow ☀️

So awesome to see so many riders come out to the for our Bike Park Shuttle Takeover. From shuttle laps to bike park chats and everything in between, it was the perfect way to get excited for opening weekend.

This year’s summer ambassador and athlete team brings together eight local riders and creators who represent the range of talent, progression, and community behind the Sun Peaks Bike Park.

From emerging young racers to seasoned riders and storytellers, the Squad will be sharing trail updates, race moments, Bike Park laps, events, and summer stories from the mountain to the village.
