🚴‍♀️ My Final Self-Love Ride 🚴‍♀️

Tomorrow at 5:30pm, I’ll be teaching my very last class at the studio — ever.  All good things do come to an end… but that’s only because endings make space for new beginnings.

This studio has been my home for so long — a place where I’ve laughed, cried, sweated, and probably (definitely) sworn a few times (sworn A LOT) too 😅. It’s where I learned how powerful it is when women show up — not to punish their bodies, but to love them. To move because they can. To feel everything. To come back to themselves.

If you’ve ever been in my class, you’re part of that legacy. You’ve taught me what community, grit, and self-love look like in motion.

Today’s ride will be the last one — and it’s going to be a celebration. Loud music. Big feelings. Full hearts. Come ride it out with me one last time.

We understand the uncertainty of not having an OFFICIAL end date is hard on everybody but we want you all to know that we are here to sweat it out till our doors close.

As of right now, we are going to be open for the month of November. You can reach out to use if you would like to purchase a 1 month pass to keep getting sweaty with us (month-month basis depending on closure dates 🫶

We do have instructors who will be taking their final ride on the podium in the coming weeks and we want to give them a huge hand as they bring our community together ONE LAST TIME 😭

First, from the bottom of our hearts — thank you. The love, grace, and understanding this community has shown during this time means the world to us.

While we have shared the news that KSPIN will be closing its doors, we do not have a confirmed closing date just yet. Until that time, we’ll continue to operate business as usual (with a few small adjustments) and keep doing what we love most — riding with all of you.

We encourage everyone to make the most of their punch passes and monthly memberships while our schedule continues to run.

Your energy and support are what make this community so special, and we can’t thank you enough for continuing to show up and ride it out with us 💛

Dear KSpin Family,
It is with broken hearts that we share some very difficult news: this will be KSpin’s last season.

We do not yet have an official closing date, but we wanted to let you know as soon as possible so you could ride with us through these final months.

Over the years, KSpin has been more than just an indoor cycling studio—it has been a community. Together, we have sweated, laughed, celebrated milestones, supported one another through challenges, and built connections that extended far beyond the walls of our studio. For that, we are forever grateful.

The decision to close has not been easy. Like so many small businesses, the past few years have brought challenges that we simply could not overcome, despite our best efforts and the unwavering support of our riders. It is heartbreaking to step away, but we are deeply proud of what we created together and the impact we’ve had in Kamloops.

We encourage you to join us for as many rides as you can in this final season. Let’s celebrate the strength, joy, and community that KSpin has represented. We want our last rides to be filled with the same energy and love that have defined KSpin from the very beginning.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for being part of this journey. Your loyalty, encouragement, and passion have meant everything. While KSpin may be coming to an end, the memories, friendships, and spirit we built will always live on.
