2025 ACCELERATION SUMMER ALL SPORTS ATHLETIC SPEED PROGRAM starts next week Monday June 30 at 800am at TCC artificial field mon-wed-fri June 30-Aug 22, 2025 Speed, power,agility, kinaesthetic awareness, proprioception, stability, strength transfer, aerobic:anaerobic conditioning, foot speed training and much more. Hello Friends! This years Kamloops Hospice Fundraiser goes Saturday August 9. From 700-1100pm. At 110 Dee St. 19+, bring your own refreshments, donation at the door -whatever you can do, (try for min $10)-SHATTERED BLUE BAND -killer live music and human beings!! Do not park on Dee street please as per city permit. The best fundraiser and great reason to get out and be with really kind and friendly people from 19-87 years! (Those are my parents nailing jive moves!) please come and contribute to this great cause. Let’s beat last years total raised of $6500 for - if you have attended before then you know this vibe. ACCELERATION 2025 HOCKEY SPECIFIC PROGRAM 1-(skaters/goalie)starts tomorrow for those who want to get a head start! This is gym work (resistance training/agility/balance/postural correction/change of direction/speed/power/strength training protocols. Stop by Acceleration Mon-Fri 330-430 to pick up your manual and video passcodes. You may start anytime April-August 2025. Summer Speed camp PROGRAM 2-information is in the pictures! This adaptive program can be performed at ACCELERATION or your gym, or home gym. Suitable for all skaters and from grade 6 and up! Start when you are ready or start now ! Your choice!
