Big things are happening at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kamloops! 💗

Monica and Sophie have officially started their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training! This means you could see these two familiar faces teaching classes in the studio within the next few months!

We want to give them a HUGE congratulations! We are so proud of both of you for taking this next step in your fitness and yoga journey, and we can’t wait to watch you grow through this experience.
