- Mon/Thurs at 4:15pm
- Tues/Thurs at 5:30am
- We follow a structured strength training program that you will gradually progress through over the month. New programs every month.
- Track your weights and reps in my APP to see your progression.
- Get the benefits of personal training with the energy of group fitness classes.
- Drop into the SWEAT class for free.
- Join an awesome community with support and accountability!
