Riding season is coming, let’s get your body ready.
We’re excited to offer a Pre-Season Strength & Conditioning Program built specifically for mountain bikers. The focus is on building strength, power, endurance, and resilience so you feel confident and capable on the trails.
Starts: Monday, Feb 17
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30–6:30 PM
Program options:
• Train once per week
• Train twice per week
• Or train unlimited with full gym access
What to expect:
✔ Mountain-bike focused strength & conditioning
✔ Longer intervals for quality movement and proper loading
✔ Coaching and exercise modifications for all levels
✔ Supportive, non-intimidating open gym environment
✔ Small-group coaching with personal attention
This setup works perfectly for building a strong base or sharpening performance for the season ahead, while fitting into real life.
