Meal prep, track your food and portion control so your treats don't lead to guilt!
๐ช๐ผDo what you can! An hour, 45 minutes, 30? Doesn't matter! Something is better than nothing!
๐Invite your family for a workout and/or walk! If they don't want to go, they can do something else THEY enjoy, but if video games are important to them, a workout can be important to you.
โฑ๏ธWe all work for that "summer body" goal, but the perfect time is starting today! Be the person that people can TELL trained over the winter!
