Co****le Canada Registration Update

We know some players have been running into issues with registration and renewals, and we want to help clear up what’s happening.

The most common issue we’re seeing involves returning players from last season.

Some players registered and paid last year but did not complete the final step of creating their Co****le Canada Player Portal account. Your registration exists in our system, but you may never have actually created a login and password.

You may be experiencing this if:

* You registered last season but can’t log into the Player Portal.
* “Forgot Password” isn’t working.
* You try to register as a new player and the system tells you your email is already registered.

If this sounds like you:

Please don’t create another registration.

Start there and follow the guide to get your Player Portal account set up.

Once your account is created and you can access the portal, you should be able to complete your renewal normally.

Please include your name, the email address you registered with, and a quick description of what’s happening so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Can’t find your league?

New league registrations also need to be approved before they appear in the player registration dropdown.

If your league has recently registered but you don’t see it listed yet, it may simply be waiting for approval.

There are also a few technical issues with the registration system that are being worked through as they come up.

The good news is that players are registering and renewing successfully. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through the remaining issues and get the 2026–27 Co****le Canada season underway.
