Hi everyone!!

Justina here, as many of you already have seen I’m sure, the building that the gym resides in is currently up for sale. The gym business itself is also for sale. Please message me with any inquiries about taking over.

I am due to have baby #2 in September and would ideally like someone to take it over by August if at all possible. If not I may have to make the hard decision to close the doors.

Unfortunately one of our elliptical trainers is down and potentially not returning.

I’m look for some insight on cardio options, are we wanting to see another elliptical or maybe something different?

Hi members!

Just a heads up that Cranbrook Pest Control will be in the building from 5:00 pm- 7:30pm on Friday May 2. We will not be able to be in the building while she does her handy work.
