Looking for a fun, fast-paced new sport for your kids to try this fall? Come and give Touch Rugby a go with the Columbia Valley Tigers, in partnership with the Columbia Valley Community Foundation!

Touch Rugby is a fantastic introduction to rugby — no tackling, no heavy equipment, just running, passing, teamwork and FUN! 🏃‍♀️🏉

🍎🏅We’re excited to be returning for another year of Physical Education programming with Valley Sports Hub!

This year’s program has been designed to give students a wide variety of experiences throughout the academic year, including water sports, cycling, gymnastics, martial arts, basketball, pickleball, archery, soccer, athletics, orienteering, baseball, touch rugby and team-building activities.

⚽ 3:30–4:30pm – Soccer Minis (Ages 3.5–5) – $120

⚽ 4:30–5:30pm – Soccer Juniors (Ages 6–10) – $110

🏀 4:30–5:30pm – Basketball (Ages 7–11) – $100

No contact, no complicated gear — just running, passing, teamwork and loads of fun! A great way for kids to get active, learn new skills and try something completely different. 💪🏉

With the air quality keeping us all indoors, Sports Adventure Camp is moving inside! 🏀⚽🎯

We’ve relocated to Columbia Lake Recreation Centre so campers can stay active, have fun and burn off some energy while staying safe from the poor air quality.
