Be the girl who roots for the other girl. 💕

There is something incredibly powerful about women and girls who genuinely support one another. A compliment, an encouraging word, celebrating someone else’s success, or simply making another person feel included can have a much bigger impact than we realize.

At CDP, we want our dancers to learn that another girl’s success does not take away from their own. There is room for everyone to grow, succeed and shine.

We want to raise girls who clap for each other, build each other up, speak kindly about one another and have the confidence to celebrate someone else’s accomplishments while continuing to chase their own dreams.

Dance teaches so much more than steps. It teaches our girls the kind of teammates, friends and women we hope they will become.

We know back-to-school season can be a busy time, but don’t forget to get your dancer registered for Season 11 at Chelsea’s Dance Pac! 💗🖤

At CDP, we’re proud to offer more than just dance classes. Your dancer will learn in a professional, welcoming and safety-focused environment with knowledgeable, experienced instructors who are committed to proper technique, confidence, growth and a love of dance.

Our Tiny & Mini Tap classes are designed especially for young dancers, giving them the perfect introduction to dance in a fun, positive and encouraging environment.

Alycia Santilli is the Director of Kreative In Dance Styles and has been immersed in dance since childhood. She has trained extensively and performed at major corporate and industry events, including Justin Bieber’s Home for the Holidays, the Teenz Fav Awards, and Miss Teen Canada.

Her recent achievements include placing 2nd in the North American Division at World of Dance Finals in Los Angeles with her choreography KOUTURE, opening up for Parris Goebel’s Royal Family World Tour and choreographing for S Club 7’s North American 90s Nostalgia Tour. As both a performer and choreographer, she has worked alongside artists including the Pointer Sisters, Benny Benassi, and Shan Vincent de Paul, and has appeared in commercial and music video productions for Apple and Family Channel.

Alycia’s choreography has been recognized by leaders in the dance industry, including World of Dance, Poreotics, Ian Eastwood, Lil C, and Missy Elliott. Passionate about mentoring the next generation, Alycia is dedicated to creating impactful work while inspiring dancers to grow as confident, dynamic performers.
