We're back at the Stroud Curling Club this weekend playing in the COMCO Cash Spiel! We got the privilege of playing the semi-retired legend, Jon St. Denis in his single weekend return to competitive curling. After a hard fought battle with both teams holding serve, we pulled off the win in an extra end.

Thank goodness for our great team sponsor, PIE! Nutritious pizza dinner before our game tonight at 9pm. 1-1 record so far, need to win tonight to play in the B Qualifier tomorrow at noon!

Can't win 'em all, came up on the wrong side of a 1 point game in the playoff qualifier. A few things to tweak ahead of our next spiel in Stroud this weekend, we'll be as hungry as ever!

Thanks to the Royal Canadian Curling Club and everyone that helped to put on the bonspiel, it was great testing ourselves against the top competition in the world. Woah, apologies for anyone following the line scores at home or watching at the club this morning! That must have been as tense to watch as it was to play in! Nevertheless, we pulled out the win versus Xiu Yue Ma! We play versus the winner of Jia Liang Zang and SFL-Morissette at 10pm tonight to qualify for tomorrow's playoffs.
