The way you move in your Pilates class can make ALL the difference. It’s not just about making the moves look pretty—it’s about connecting deeply to your body and practicing with intention. ✨

Proper technique and clear instruction are key to ensuring that you’re not only doing the exercises correctly but also safely. When you focus on alignment, breath, and engagement of the right muscles, you’re creating that deep connection between your body and mind. 🧘‍♀️

Without the right technique, though, it’s easy to strain areas like your neck or back. Improper posture or muscle engagement can lead to pain & discomfort and that's the opposite of what Pilates is about!

That’s why I’m here to guide you through each movement, making sure you're activating the right muscles and maintaining good alignment to prevent any strain.

It’s all about quality over quantity—feeling the movement from the inside out, not just going through the motions. When you move with the right technique, you’ll feel stronger, more balanced, and pain-free. That’s the beauty of Pilates! 💫

Isn’t it funny how tidying up your desk at the end of the day always feels like it’s going to take *forever*—like 20 minutes at least? 🙄 But then, you start and realize it only takes a few quick minutes! 🤯

It’s like your brain builds it up to be this big task, but in reality, it’s always way quicker than expected. A little tidy-up at the end of the day is a game-changer though—it clears the space and clears the mind too. ✨

This is exactly the same with my Pilates practice (and exercise in general).

Some days, I can convince myself that a full session will be too much or that I won’t have the energy, but once I start, I’m always amazed at how much better I feel after just a few minutes of focused movement.

Sometimes it’s the smallest actions that make the biggest difference, whether it’s tidying up your desk or getting in a quick workout. 💪

Hi, I’m Kimberly! ✨

I started my personal Pilates practice 25 years ago, and 23 years ago, I began teaching this amazing practice that’s changed my life.

After initially getting certified as a contemporary instructor, 20 years later, I felt the pull to expand my knowledge and branched out into Classical Pilates.

Now, I’m proud to say I’m a 3rd generation Classical Pilates teacher as well. I’m so grateful to be able to blend both Contemporary and Classical Pilates to best help my clients on their unique journeys. My personal practice is ever-evolving, and it’s always a fresh experience—every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow. 💪

Teaching Pilates fills me with so much joy! I love sharing this incredible practice and making my corner of the world a little bit better, one class at a time. 🧘‍♀️
