Hello everyone! It’s great to be back! I’m excited to reconnect with you all after some time away. While I’ve been keeping a low profile and working on a few projects here and there, I couldn't stay away from what I love -- training and connecting with people.

So, this September, I’ll be offering specialized training programs through the Town of Innisfil's Recreation Programs, tailored for everyone from active adults to older active individuals. Whether you're a beginner or at an advanced level, there's something for everyone. Anyways, it's your workout!

I want to invite you to join me for the Fall Program -- it's going to be a blast!

Hi everyone, please check this out!

Hi everyone! its just me! I'd been quiet for awhile YES!... It's because of few things have changed in my life for the better, OF COURSE! I've been taking a role as Grandma "Lola" of 3 grandkids for a while and it's becoming a very hectic time when it comes to scheduling my time to do other stuff. But being active is still a priority for me, as I need to be strong and healthy for them all the time ! :-)

Anyways, I just want to let everyone know that I am connected with the town here in Innisfil as a Fitness Instructor. I will be doing few classes this fall for the town to try such as: Total Body Reset - HIIRT (5:30-6:15PM), back-to-back with Core Max (6:30-7PM) every Tuesdays for those who want to get their CALORIES OFF and stay strong! I will be doing this at Alcona Glen Elementary School - Gymnasium.

On Thursdays I have Tai Chi-QiGong Stretching (9:30-10AM and back-to-back with Tai Chi Flow (10:15-11AM), for those you want to do a low impact program. And it's going to be at Churchill Community Centre.

Get registered and get more information about the programs in town. I hope to see you all there!

Are you ready this SUMMER?!
YES WE ARE! I'm pretty sure you are all going to say that! Why not?! Gone are those semi-winter/spring clothings and say HELLO to the shorts and sleeveless tops! This is the time when you can not make anymore excuses of not doing something outside -- gardening, doing your walks, hiking on different trails and even working out outside your home.

If you've been doing all of these things, join me with this challenge - PICTURE ME THIS SUMMER. All you need to do is post a picture of yourself here. Whatever you are doing whether you are working in your garden, going for a bike ride or after your workout routine! I would like to encourage everyone to get out and be active in your own best, creative ways during this COVID mode. Let's have FUN! 😊

Hello everyone! Welcome to my Personal Healthy Recipe blog! From time to time I will be featuring healthy, portioned meals from different cookbooks and food recipes from different sites. Great picks from quick, easy breakfast to in-between snacks; from portioned lunches to dinner favs. and of course, some delightful alternative options for desserts and non alcoholic beverages!
