THANK YOU to our absolute rockstar camp staff. As the summer winds down and the kids get ready to head back to school, we’re already preparing ourselves for how eerily quiet the rec centre is going to feel without you.

Thank you for bringing non-stop energy, endless laughs, and so much heart to every single day this summer. You’ve made work look more like fun, and created the kind of memories (and friendships) that stick around long after the final whistle blows.

We know how much you’re going to miss the kids, each other, and the daily chaos. Thank you for making this season completely unforgettable for our community.

Aqua Bootcamp and Deep Moves 🏊

Date: Saturday September 26th (9AM – 2PM)
Session Host: Jaye Graham (CALA Master Trainer)
Location: Victoria Park Community Centre

CECs: Earn 5 CALA CECs or 2 canfitpro CECs

Join us for a fun and interactive water workout complete with cardio
and muscle training. Using circuits and group work, this Boot Camp
Class activates the brain and the body, challenging core strength,
stability, coordination, balance, power and agility.

Incorporate various HIIT training styles including “Tabata, AMRAP &
Circuits” to inspire people of all ages to push their fitness
boundaries.

We will be sure to hit the deep water so that you can add some
suspended challenge in your classes.

A BIG thank you to everyone who joined us at VPCC for our Mini Carnival! We loved seeing so many families come out to play games, tackle the relay races, visit the prize table, enjoy some treats and make the most of a fun summer evening together. 🎟️🎁

Thanks to your generous entrance donations, we were also able to raise over $800 for United Way Oxford and the important work they do in our community. ❤️

A special thank you to Super Air Bounce, PB’s French Fries, Beans & Brews and Reel Treats for joining us, and to everyone who helped make the evening such a success!
