Being a nana is a blessing 💙

Taking care of my health isn’t about perfection; It’s about being able to move, laugh, and share moments like paddle boarding with my 8 month old grandson.

Every year, I want to keep creating memories, and that means showing up for myself first. Health is what allows me to keep up, keep moving, and keep making the most of every stage of life.

Make sure you give yourself the same gift for each stage of life. We can’t control everything, but a lot is within our control in the choices we make daily.
