🏀 From Olympia Camper to Professional Basketball Player.

Welcome Home, TJ Hurley! 💙

Some Olympia stories come full circle.

Years ago, TJ Hurley was a camper at Olympia, spending his summers on the courts, making memories, and developing his love for the game.

Today, he’s preparing to begin his professional basketball career in Europe after an incredible four-year career at the University of Vermont.

TJ’s accomplishments include:
🏆 America East Player of the Year
🛡️ America East All-Defensive Team
⭐ Two-Time First Team All-Conference
🎓 Two-Time All-Academic Team
💯 NCAA 1,000-Point Career Scorer
🏀 Two NCAA Tournament appearances
🇨🇦 Represented Canada at the 2023 FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup

Before heading overseas, we’re excited to welcome TJ back to Olympia as a Guest Speaker and High-Performance Instructor during Week 2 of our NBA Basketball School.

TJ’s father, Mike Hurley, has been an Olympia coach for more than 20 years, making this homecoming even more meaningful.
We couldn’t be prouder to see one of our own achieve so much, and we know his journey will inspire our campers.

Meet Owen 🍫

There are a few places at camp that campers never forget, and the Tuck Shop is definitely one of them. As Head of the Tuck Shop, Owen will be keeping the shelves stocked, helping campers find their favourite treats, and making sure one of camp’s most popular spots is running smoothly all summer long.

Safe to say Owen might become a camper favourite pretty quickly
