We’ve received the same request on nearly every post—and we heard you!

The St. John’s Tool Library is excited to launch a She Shed: a relaxed, welcoming space for women and gender-diverse people interested in creating, learning new skills, and connecting with the community.

Our opening session will take place:

Tuesday, August 18
7:00–8:30 p.m.
St. John’s Tool Library

This first meeting will be an opportunity to meet one another, share ideas, and discuss which meeting times work best for everyone interested in being part of the group.

We’ll also talk about the group’s name. If “She Shed” doesn’t feel like the right fit, we can brainstorm a new name—and even design a new logo together!

Whether you’re interested in hands-on projects, learning to use tools, sharing your skills, or simply enjoying good company, we’d love to have you join us.

Come meet the group, help shape what this space will become, and see whether it’s something you’d enjoy being part of.

Open to all women and gender-diverse people. No experience is needed.

We’re looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing what ideas we can build together!
