Alright people - this workout takes all of 35 minutes to get through!! If you want to get a calorie burn going and sculpt your legs at a VERY LOW impact, this circuit is for you!! 😊 Do these 5 exercises x 5, taking 2 minute breaks in between....DONE!! πŸ‘
If this is too hard for you, cut the reps in half...if its too easy, add some dumbbells πŸ’ͺ

1) CORRECT FORM - machines force you to use correct form, which is key πŸ”‘ for maximal muscle growth.
2) DECREASED RISK OF INJURY - machines move along a certain plane, which is easily controlled by YOU πŸ™Œ
3) COMPLETE ISOLATION - machines provide total isolation in almost every exercise. Some can even assist in a longer range of motion, which is better for muscle growth πŸ’ͺ
