Community Karma Yoga Classes

Everyone is welcome, classes are only a $2 donation to the United Church for the use of their beautiful facility.

If you have been curious about Yoga and wanted to try a class or have been practicing for a while and want to We have put together a weekly free yoga practice for all residents of High River to enjoy. There will be a variety of instructors who are volunteering their time to contribute back to the community and are dedicated to promoting health and wellness. Classes will take place Monday Evenings at the Cultural Centre at 7pm.

Spring into new growth , create space for a new practice, explore a different class, set down roots and create space. So many different ways to expand. First class of session is free for new students to explore or if you’ve not been to one of my classes in six months, so grab a friend and check it out! Childcare offered during day time classes

9:15 interval class still requiring a couple more to register, this class is about power and pause, suitable for beginners +

1945 gentle flow and yin also requires more registrants… this clsss will build on foundations and slowly increases . Suitable for all levels

Triple threat Fridays starts next Friday if there’s enough registration. Touching on all elements restore, core and flow this class will meet you AH needs.
Get a friend whose not been on their Mat for more than six months and you both pay $70/ session rather than $90… this is being offered for all classes this session let’s grow!

The current schedule is finished February 17, so next week all classes that are running will offer free drop in to those who want to explore a class before next session! Maybe it’s time to get back to your practice or perhaps you’d like to explore something new ? Feb 12-17 is your chance!
