ESTATE AUCTION - Indoor Arena - Sat 19 Sept - In Support of Wildrose Community Connections!

An estate auction is being held at the High River Agriculture Indoor Arena in support of Wild Rose Community Connections!

📅 When: Saturday, September 19, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🔨 Bidding starts at 10:00 AM and Bar will open 11.00AM
📍 Where: HR Agriculture Indoor Arena
👀 Preview/Viewing: Friday, 3:00 – 7:00 PM

Lost Bridle

Hi everyone - if anyone has accidentally picked up a plain bridle with a D-ring snaffle bit over the last couple of days, could you please drop it off at the office when you get a chance.

It's an easy mix-up when the arena gets busy and we have had considerably more people in the Indoor this week....friendly reminder to please start signing in now at the member table in warmup area, as per our last post.

And we would love to get this bridle back to its owner if we can; thanks so much! 😊

IMPORTANT - ARENA RIDERS - PLEASE READ 🐎

To ride in the arena, you need one of the following:

1. A valid HRAS membership + Riding Pass
2. Members without a pass: $10 per horse : paid by:
• E-transfer (preferred): [email protected]
• Cash in envelope with name on - pens/envelopes are on red member counter in warm up area above the drop-box
3. Non-members: $25 per visit AND sign a liability waiver (place it in the drop box)

📋SIGN IN SHEET NOW REQUIRED — recommended by our insurance provider so we know who is in the building. Anyone using the indoor arena must stop at the membership table in the warm-up area and sign in as they come through please 🙌

Our High River Little Britches Rodeo Queen, Grace, spent the weekend at the fantastically busy and successful Okotoks Pro Rodeo alongside Miss Rodeo Okotoks and other visiting royalty.

A huge thank you to our friends at Okotoks Pro Rodeo and Miss Rodeo Okotoks for inviting Grace and giving her such a lovely weekend to remember and congratulations on a great Event!

Grace had an absolute blast representing High River; and she even brought home 2nd place in the Dummy Roping. A huge thank you to Bill Whitelaw for capturing this awesome action shot of Grace in the saddle and the biggest congratulations to Grace; we are so proud of you! 💕🍁

📢 Office Update from High River Ag Soc.

We are on the move! Over the next few days, the HRAS office is relocating from the top floor of our building into an ATCO trailer next to the Indoor Arena. This is a temporary setup for approximately 4-6 months.

Please bear with us during the transition; there may be short delays while we get settled. Office is intended to be fully up and running in the trailer as normal from Monday, August 17.
