Fit & Fab with Natasha My name is Natasha and I am the owner of Fit and Fab with Natasha. I am a certified personal trainer and fitness professional.

I would like to share with you a little about myself. I am a wife and mother of 2 that works full time as an Educational Assistant. I have a hobby that motivates and inspires me everyday. I have dedicated the last couple years to learning and enhancing my skills in fitness and nutrition. I am a certified Personal Trainer with an in home studio, certified PiYo and

Insanity instructor and a Beachbody coach. I do this as an extra curricular activity and take pride and enjoyment in every person I support. On this page you will find information about healthy clean eating, up and coming challenge groups I hold in private facebook groups, classes I will be providing in the community of Hanover and Free non intimidating support for the smallest of changes. It never hurts to ask how I can help because I am sure I will have a way to do so.
