I proudly run Stage Perfect and practice what I preach when prepping.
I am about to compete in my 7th show. This is my first competition in about 3 years, and my most difficult prep EVER!!!

I decided to accept the invite for the prestigious Goddess Bikini Showdown in January of 2022. This is definitely the biggest competition for me and the absolute highest level of amazing women that I will be up against.

I have faced soooo many challenges during this prep. From being laid off in what felt like the most slimy way, going out on my own as a trainer, creating my own website, publishing 2 eBooks, launching my own custom fitness app TRAIN 4 LIFE, and now opening a new gym in Rothesay NB this summer PLUS having to move at summers end 😳🤯 It feels like a hurricane!!!

There was a day that I completely lost it and contemplated quitting. There were days of tears and days of rage lol. BUT I really do try to practice what I preach and find the positive in everything.

I love prepping, I love working out and the mental benefits, I love healthy food, I have a great support system with my family and friends. I had (and have) a fantastic coach stephkaaa! At my core I couldn’t quit.

I am happy to say that tomorrow, May 21st 2022, I will be bringing my absolute BEST package ever to the stage!!

My MO is to help other women and men face the challenges of prep in all aspects with inner strength and poise. It takes a team every time❤️

Our “fat burning zone” is actually low impact! More like a brisk walk than a run!
The keys🔑 🔑 …

🔑get your heart rate up a bit! Nothing crazy 🤪 just a sustainable noticeable increase (if you have a Fitbit etc., it’s approx 60% HRM)

🔑get 15-30+ minutes 3-6 days a week.
👉Always take at least one rest day from exercise. Recovery is just as important as the work👈

🔑take good strides🏃🏻‍♂️make sure you are aware of your footfalls - heel to toes(light steps; no stomping 🙃), longer steps are better than short ones…. Feel it➡️🍑🍑🍑

🔑incline it! Crank it up on the treadmill etc,. find some hills or challenging and changing patterns in your walk. Pssst!!! Go backwards sometimes…. We need reverse patterning to balance us!🏃🏼‍♀️➡️➡️➡️

🔑focus on your posture. Walking tall will give you more core strength, help your body move more efficiently and effectively, plus you’ll seem taller 😆
