Planned maintenance update for Thursday, June 25, 6pm.

We could use some help getting the course in top shape ahead of this weekend's Capital City Cup - even an hour to clear some downed trees would be extremely helpful! Please let us know in comments, via FB messenger, or message any board members if you plan to come out so we can get crews organized.

Planned items:
- Cut & clear downed trees, various holes
- Add warm-up throwing net near hole 1
- Mow/trim fairways of holes 5/6/7
- Move more mulch into hole 11 & other areas of need
- Roll large turf onto hole 16 blue tee pad
- General fairway clean-up

We'll have a couple shovels, rake, and cart for moving mulch, plus a mower for the flatter parts of 5/7.

We could use any whipper snipper help getting the trickier areas of 5/7 and hole 6!

Course is open for play, just please be aware of volunteers!

2 reminders...

1. This Thursday we'll be holding another maintenance night. Please join us for some course clean up heading into the CCC.

2. The Capital City Cup (CCC) is being held this weekend the 27th and 28th. The course will be closed to all non participants during the tournament. Please plan accordingly.

Heads Up!!! This weekend on Saturday from 11-1 Jonny Furlong is hosting a private disc golf clinic and will be spread out through the course playing the Green layout. They will do their best to let people play though so just be patient if you come across some slower groups. Sunday Erin will be hosting a private event as well from 10-12 and will essentially be doing the same. Also Jessie Legate will be doing a Play In My Shoes clinic so stop by and say hello and participate for that. So the course will be busy this weekend. Plan appropriately and have fun.

HPDGC Spring League - Week 2 - Monday, May 25th is a PDGA-sanctioned disc golf tournament in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia beginning May 25, 2026 and hosted by Hammonds Plains Disc Golf Club.

What a great day at the course on Sunday!!

A huge thanks to the 61 players who came out to enjoy the beautiful weather for two rounds of fun and competitive disc golf!

It appeared we were going to go all day (122 rounds!) without an ace until Braden Cornelius threw in off Hole #4 Red Tee smashing chains on everyone's favorite raised "tire" basket (WOW!!). We bet Braden will pay into the ace pot next time!

Congrats to Will Bartlett for winning the member only draw for a custom dyed disc from Jonny Furlong Furlong's Custom Dyes! We can't wait to see what they come up with!

Pro payouts have been sent, CRDGS $ for Amateur participants should be in your accounts within a day or two!
