✨Salsa Technique for Follows with Rachel Thurs June 11 7:30pm
Ladies, take your dancefloor presence to the next level. Topics include floor craft, partner connection, timing, turn technique, and styling. Students must have completed at least Salsa Beginner 1 to enroll.

KIZOMBA IS BACK at Studio G Hamilton
This ALL-NEW four-part Kizomba series includes both learning and social dancing as part of our Sunday Social Dance Party.
Each two-hour session with Daria and David begins with an hour of instruction suitable for all levels, followed by an hour of practice and social dancing in our third-floor studio. The series consists of four consecutive two-hour sessions, held on the first and third Sundays of the month.

This workshop will build a stronger technical foundation for all styles of turns. We'll focus on the key elements that make turns smooth, controlled, and visually appealing, including foot placement, core alignment, body posture, balance, and spotting techniques. 2025 is coming to an end with new beginnings in January...

We’re excited to share our new and improved course line-up for 2026!

Thank you for your patience while waiting for this schedule. It took us a little longer than usual to post because with our ever-growing student community, we needed to make meaningful updates to our curriculum. It is now carefully refined to better reflect and accommodate each level of training.

Our biggest update is in the Salsa program, where we’ve clarified and fine-tuned level progression to better distinguish experience levels. Please take a moment to read the course descriptions for each level. Cornell has spoken in class with all students who completed the most recent session to ensure you know exactly which courses are for you. That said, if you have any questions about your placement, we’re here to help.
