Murph is a famous CrossFit Hero WOD (Workout of the Day) dedicated to Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. It is designed to test endurance, strength, and mental grit, and is traditionally completed on Memorial Day each year to honor Murphy and all fallen service members.
