Attention to anyone who is interested in personal training or improving their health but, cost was an issue. I am offering a new form of group personal training for $25 a session. This is not a bootcamp. The training program is individualized to suit your needs. The hours of training are 3pm to 8pm Monday to Friday. No contracts or hidden fees.
