I love coaching. I love coaching on my own and I love coaching at other fitness centres/studios.

Why?

Because I love learning. I love learning from others, I love meeting people and more importantly I am honest. I am honest enough to admit that even with many years of experience not everyone will love my style, my groove my personality.

So it doesn’t matter where we meet I promise that you’ll get the best of me and an amazing workout.

Sauté Asparagus, portobello and pesto with a little olive oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Quick breakfast or snack.
Oat Banana Cookies (with protein)
So soft and yummy.

1 cup oats
1/2 cup oat flour
1 scoop chocolate protein
2 ripe bananas
1tsp baking powder

Scoop on to the parchment paper and bake.

Bake for 15-20min
@ 350F

*** I used vegan chocolate protein but you can use any flavour or kind***
