Ok so test run complete and the results aren’t great. My cardio has seriously deteriorated (expected) but the main issue is feeling a lot of yanking through my SI joint. Tried to focus on form but couldn’t pinpoint exactly where the odd pull to the joint was coming from. Was hoping to be back on the roads soon but it looks like I need more time to rehab and figure out what on earth is going on with my hips.
