Some of life’s greatest friendships begin in a dance studio 👯‍♀️

Miss Sarah watched Miss Syd take her very first dance class at 4 years old. She watched her grow up, cheered her on through every season, welcomed her into the classroom as a helper, and now gets to work beside her.

Somewhere between the classes, recitals, competitions, and countless memories, they became best friends.

Dance teaches so much more than technique. It builds confidence, creates community, and sometimes, it gives you a friendship that lasts a lifetime. Miss Sarah & Miss Syd are proof of that!

We hope every dancer who walks through our doors finds people who will be part of their story forever. ❤️

Acro is the perfect mix of dance and gymnastics. Dancers build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence while learning skills like rolls, bridges, cartwheels, walkovers, and more—all with a strong focus on safe technique.

At Xpressions, our recreational Acro classes are a fun, supportive place for dancers of all levels to challenge themselves, celebrate their progress, and have fun every step of the way.
