These are definitely difficult and challenging times but sticking to the rules makes this only a short term inconvenience.

We’re definitely disappointed to hear that Hamilton was not included in Phase 2 of the reopening plan.

We have been diligently working on new safety measures to be put in place for all members and staff.

More information to follow once we receive guidelines from the Provincial Government.

Sometimes the most simplest of messages are the most important...and yet we sometimes forget.

Today’s Stoic seems like common sense but during this pandemic things like common sense can be forgotten or thrown out the window.

There is no reason we cannot still have good days, even in these trying times, and remember that how you attack things determines how good (or bad) your day will be.
