A huge thank you to Hamilton Police Service for coming out to support all of the U13 teams competing at the Queen of the Diamonds tournament in Ancaster today! 💙🥎

We love seeing our community rally around girls’ sports and help make this weekend so special for the athletes, families, and fans. Good luck to all the teams this weekend! 👑

Congratulations, Coach Adam Strongman!!!

You belong to us now 😉

Major Announcement - After 16 years with the program, and the last 12 as manager, Adam Strongman has announced his retirement.

Over his time at the helm, Strongman has raised the bar for the program. He and the team would finish in the top 4 of the OUA on three occasions. One of those top 4 finishes would see the the program earn a silver medal in 2021.

We are also losing three amazing ladies, in Adam's wife Jess and their two daughters who helped support the team. These ladies cheered on the team and made sure the team was fueled between home doubleheaders.

We can not thank Adam and his family enough for what they have done for the program and the student-athletes. Our program is being left in a better state then when they joined.

Thank you Adam and the Strongman family.

An announcement will be made during the offseason to who will lead the program through its next chapter.
