Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my Fitness Page. This page is to promote health and fitness, exercise tips, short workouts and introduce you to my Virtual Body Blast classes on Zoom.
Each month I put together a 4 week Body Blast program where we target in on certain muscle groups while also training the whole body in strength, power, speed, endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility and mobility.
Body Blast is a workout program I created back in 2011 that I brought into fitness facilities in Hamilton and Ancaster. These sessions were 45 minutes and consisted of strength and cardio movements to challenge the heart, lunges and muscles. I continued this format of exercise all
the way into 2020 when the pandemic hit and we weren’t able to get out in person and do our workouts together.
Fast forward to 2022 and I will soon be entering into my 3rd year of running my Body Blast classes on Zoom. Now it is possible to join Body Blast virtually from anywhere at anytime.
Body Blast is a 30 minute workout designed to help you:
•Lose weight
•Tone up
•Build muscle
•Burn fat
•Increase cardiovascular activity
•Gain strength
•Gain power and speed
•Increase balance, flexibility and mobility
We work with minimal equipment, usually dumbbells to keep it simple but still get amazing results.
Body Blast runs LIVE on Zoom
Monday - Thursday at 7am
If you miss the LIVE workout, a recording of the class will be sent to your email that afternoon so you can do the workout at your own convenience.
Classes are $60 a month. Class commitment is on a month to month basis with no obligation.
