To gain any skill you need to start with control and cooperation. We use cooperative partner work as a beginning step to being able to respond to aggression. Bonis ponts fir spoting typo and building spelling skill.

Big things are happening! We’ve just moved into our brand-new dojo, and we can’t wait to welcome new and returning students.
But now we have two paths, in one space. We are working to have everything completed in the coming weeks for you to see and explore. For now, September pre-registration opens Saturday August 22nd!

Practising Applied Foot Movement - or Oyo Ido tonight! The primary focus of this drill is to practise methods of applying your foot movement in kumite(sparring). Will you step through; front foot first, feint by pulling your front foot before stepping through, or any of the other methods we learn?

After 3 long months of searching, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that the dojo has a brand new space!

When: The move-in begins right now! It will take some time to make everything perfect, but we will be able to run classes right away.

Minus a vertebra and a disc, but plus some shiny new spinal hardware and spacers! I’m definitely not cleared to train or take falls yet, but just stepping foot in the dojo is the best medicine. Huge thankyou to my team and our students for the support. The comeback trail starts now!
