The Atalanta Project WE RUN HALIFAX--Bringing runners and athletes together for organized workouts to build towards inspiring goals

Inspired by the November Project in Boston, Mass, this club is an opportunity for runners, athletes, etc to stay fit during the long winter. Whether you are training for a specific running goal or are just working towards getting fit in another particular sport, join us on Wednesday at 6:30pm and Sundays at 9am at the Town Clock for a challenging workout designed to push your cardiovascular system

to its limits. Lead by Moe Bsat, a high performance athlete and ultra marathoner and Meghan Martin an experienced runner, and fitness instructor: we promise good times, and a great workout. (This group is completely free, we just want to bring athletes together for a great workout)
