Winners of our inaugural Halifax Mets 22U AAA virtual golf tournament.
Team Boake:
It was an amazing day that raised $2035 for our 2024 season. The competition was great coming down to final hole of the final group just after 10:00pm.
Team Furgeson set the bar high, putting up a -9 out of the gate at 9am. That score stood tall until Team Boake put up a -14 shortly after 3pm. Team Boake had to sweat a very tough Team Simposon who started their round -5 after 5 but managed to keep the lead going in to the final groups. Team Allain was one of the tourneys' favorites, however, got off to a bit of a slow start. They made for a very interesting finish, eagling the 17th, putting them 2 back teeing off on 18th. Ultimately, Team Boake -14 stood, and they were crowned Champs shortly after 10:30pm.
