У Бога нет религии…
А еще у Бога нет канонов, пяти столпов и правила не носить цветастую одежду. Ему все равно едим ли мы яблоки до Спаса, готовим ли молоко и мясо на разных плитах и принимаем ли пищу в светлое время суток во время рамадана. Он не требует читать намаз, совершать обрезание и верить в то, что мир основан на страдании. Ему не нужен наш двухнедельный пост, постное лицо и вырезанная дыра в районе сердца в знак скорби за усопшими.
Все это придумали сами люди: слепили богов, нарисовали иконы и нанесли на белый камень орнаменты. Столетиями вели религиозные войны, уничтожали рыжеволосых женщин и тех, кто думал иначе. Написали сотни книг, разработали тысячи правил и ограничений. Осудили всех, кто не выполняет «Миквэ», не молится за умерших, на манер протестантов и не признает литургии. И ничего за 2000 лет не изменилось.
Мы изучили языки, пользуемся телефоном, разработали умные палочки для еды и храним пуповинную кровь, но продолжаем убивать, грабить, врать и ненавидеть, невзирая на Иисуса, Кришну, Мухаммеда и Будду. Мы ссоримся на улицах и в вагонах метро. Имеем сотни врагов и половину друга. Играем в прятки и подделываем голоса. Носим маски и искусственные клапаны.
И напрочь забыли, для чего живем, дышим и сцеживаем молоко.
И даже не догадываемся, что пришли на эту Землю с одной единственной задачей – обрести счастье.

And God also has no canons, five pillars and rules not to wear colorful clothes. He doesn't care if we eat apples before the Savior, whether we cook milk and meat on different stoves, and whether we eat during the daytime during Ramadan. He does not require reciting prayer, performing circumcision and believing that the world is based on suffering. He doesn't need our two-week fast, a lean face and a cut-out hole in the area of the heart as a sign of mourning for the dead.
All this was invented by the people themselves: they blinded the gods, painted icons and applied ornaments to the white stone. For centuries, they waged religious wars, destroyed red-haired women and those who thought otherwise. We have written hundreds of books, developed thousands of rules and restrictions. They condemned all those who do not perform the Mikveh, do not pray for the dead, in the manner of Protestants and do not recognize the liturgy. And nothing has changed in 2000 years.
We have learned languages, use the phone, developed smart chopsticks and store umbilical cord blood, but we continue to kill, rob, lie and hate, regardless of Jesus, Krishna, Muhammad and Buddha. We quarrel on the streets and in subway cars. We have hundreds of enemies and half a friend. We play hide-and-seek and fake voices. We wear masks and artificial valves.
And they completely forgot why we live, breathe and express milk.
And we don't even realize that we came to this Earth with one single task – to find happiness.
