Happy 5k 🎉

I honestly enjoy my morning 5k’s. It not only gets my day started off with movement (and gets 3/4 of my steps in); it gets me out in nature and sunshine.

On today’s particular walk, myself and my friend, decided that we are going to start training to run so we can enter the Harvest Valley 5k in October.

We didn’t run the whole way, but we started, and will get stronger everyday! Looking forward to sharing my 5k running journey with you all.
