Yang's Martial Arts is a family oriented martial arts and fitness facility. All of our programs are based around character development, confidence building, physical fitness, and of course self-defense. We specialize in martial arts programs for kids of all ages starting at 5 yrs old. Also we offer the best martial arts classes in Halifax for adults.

Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed the holidays. 🎉

As we enter 2024, we're looking forward to another great year in our martial arts program. Our focus will be on refining our techniques and supporting each other's growth, both physically and mentally. I'm excited to see the progress we'll all make together.

As we're nearing the holiday season, I wanted to update you on the holiday break schedule for our sessions:

Kids Monday and Thursday Sessions:

Classes End: December 21
Classes Resume: January 4, 2024
Kids Wednesday and Friday Sessions:

Classes End: December 22
Classes Resume: January 3, 2024
Adult Session:

Classes End: December 22
Classes Resume: January 3, 2024

We have scheduled the next belt tests for kids. Here are the dates and times for each level:

• White to Orange Belt: Wednesday, November 22nd at 5:45 PM
• Orange to Green Stripe: Friday, November 24th at 5:45 PM
• Green Stripe to Blue Stripe: Monday, November 20th at 5:45 PM
• Blue Stripe to Black Stripe: Thursday, November 23rd at 5:45 PM
