Hydration crew reporting for duty 🫡💦

Today the Halifax Running Club traded long runs for cup-filling, cheering, and attempting to hand water to tiny speed demons at the Bluenose Youth Run 😂

Huge shoutout to all the kids who ran today — you were FAST. Like… suspiciously fast. We had so much fun being part of the chaos, the smiles, and the marathon weekend energy 💙

Brunch just hits different after a run 🍳🏃‍♀️
Switched things up with a new Dartmouth route this morning and clearly everyone earned their post-run feast. Good miles, great company, even better food.
Next week we’re back to our regular clubhouse and Halifax route 👀

The Halifax Curling Club is closed to us on Sunday, March 1st — but we’re still running!
We’ll meet instead at the Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market at our usual 8:30am.
Same miles, different meetup spot — and coffee + treats at the market afterwards ☕🥐
