Rockingham lunch & after school program Pride Fitness is introducing a unique program for kids at Rockingham Elementary. Our program will give your kids active, healthy lifestyle.

Our program will not only give your children something fun to do during their lunch break and after school, but we will help them enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle. Keeping the students safe and happy is our top priority, Students will also learn valuable bully proofing techniques, including how to assess and react to peer-pressure and self-defense situations. All students will be picked up at school and walked to our building through backstreets, avoiding the dangers of Bedford Hwy :)
