It’s been a minute, but we’ve got a new amazing episode hot off the press!🎙

During a time where being a voice for your own health is a must, I just had to bring on todays guest to share how she overcame immense (mysterious) health challenges, even when Dr's told her she was completely fine and there was nothing they could do to help her.

Although invisible in most medical tests, Breast Implant Illness (BII) is a very real thing, and as Lavender passionately shares, it's a big wake up call for women to start listening to their bodies + INTUITION, being a relentless advocate for their wellbeing, and to share their experiences in the hopes it may touch even one person to help them see they're not alone (and most importantly, to give them hope that they too can overcome their challenges and THRIVE on the other side).

You’ve got desires, but... why aren’t they all unfolding for you?⠀⠀

I mean, nobody would deliberately block their own desires, success, or happiness right? Right? 🤦🏻‍♀️⠀
⠀
When you want something but do not believe it’s possible (even on the tiniest subconscious level), you simply are not allowing your desire to enter your current experience. ⠀
⠀
Know this;⠀
The Universe does not read English. ⠀
It reads V I B R A T I O N⠀
⠀
You could be stating one thing with your words, but stating a completely opposite thing with your energy + vibration. ⠀
⠀
Those polarizing beliefs between what’s coming out of your mouth and what’s oozing from your vibe creates conflict + mixed messages. No wonder your desires can’t find you. ⠀
⠀
And if the vibes you’re sending out are focused on uncertainty, that you’re unworthy, or that you’re not ready, guess what? ⠀
⠀
It’s like putting a big ol’ energetic wall up around you which is a total desire blocker. ⠀

Good news though! ⠀
You can dismantle this wall👏🏼

I’m more and more certain we have a responsibility to get our vibration in check, ‘cause nobody is going to do it for ya. And I’m absolutely certain we are all so beyond worthy of anything we want.⠀
⠀
If you’re curious, here’s how I personally dismantle my walls and claim my desires:⠀
⠀
1. Let that wall come crumbling down by asking yourself what you really want. Clarity is a magnet. Get yourself psyched for it! This lays the foundation. ⠀
⠀
2. Next, visualize it as much as possible. Spend time letting yourself see + feel it, at least a few times per day. This helps to focus your energy on your desire. Focused energy helps create a clear channel. ⠀
⠀
3. Act as if what you really want is already yours. It’s time to stretch yourself and step into the identity of someone who would have this thing. How would your new identity speak, or act? What habits would they practice? Implement it ASAP!⠀

4. What physical steps can you take to put it all into action? Setting your intention does require aligned action on your part. When you move, the Universe moves with you. ⠀

1. LOA is always turned on✅

LOA is a Universal Law, just like the Law of Gravity. Even though you can’t see it, it’s totally there. It simply cannot be turned off... so you may as well learn to use it in your favour🤷🏻‍♀️

2. LOA responds + delivers according to your vibration.

I’m forever speaking in terms of energy + vibration, because it’s the key to unlocking your dreams and desires. Want more positive, high vibe experiences and results? Become a more positive, high vibe person whom embodies high vibe actions.

Because like attracts like, if you’re a negative, low vibe person (or spend a lot of energy dwelling in this space), that’s precisely what you’ll attract more of into your life 👋🏼
Shift the vibe. Shift your life.

3. There is an infinite supply of abundance available to you, ALWAYS!

The Universe is just dying to supply you with all your hearts desires. Allow it to happen by remembering there is overflowing abundance available to you now.

Standing out in your beliefs and perceptions of the world can feel a bit like this image...

Dancing on your own.
Like a fish out of water.
Emerging from the fog with sharp vision, and you’re all like, dude... the fog isn’t even that thick. I’m not sure why you can’t see what’s right in front of you?🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Lord knows when you go against the grain, you can set yourself up for scrutiny and endless misunderstanding. But once you’re comfortable with the fact your role on this planet, during this incarnation, is to see and understand things from a different lens... you realize how freeing it is to think outside the box and blaze your own trail.

And anyhow, I just wanted to acknowledge and celebrate the MANY critical thinkers in my life. It’s refreshing. And comforting. And you’re pretty freaking amazing💜💜💜

Stressed work is not your best work.

I see a lot of ppl saying yes to opportunities which on a deep level, don’t actually resonate with them. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Jumping into things which do not light us up will make it really challenging to find success. We’ll feel stuck. We’ll create a ton of unnecessary stress for ourselves. And whether you realize or not, you’ll send out an energy that repels people/clients away👋🏼⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Listening to YOUR heart + soul takes courage, but in the end, it’s truly the only way if an aligned, happy life+biz are your goals. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
A tip I have in regards to tuning into your most aligned (most powerful) self, is becoming crystal clear on your core values. These will be your guides + your navigation system on what to say yes or no to. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Here’s what I suggest:⠀⠀
Identify 3-5 of your top core values. What’s most important to you?⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Let’s say your core values are:⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Freedom/Love/Health/Integrity/Fun⠀⠀
(a few of my personal ones)⠀⠀
⠀⠀
When it comes to making a decision or commitment, I go through my list of values. Does this potential commitment align with all, or most of my values and feel good to me? ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
If so, I’ll likely move forward. ⠀⠀
If no, I simply don’t do it. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
For ex, I’d ask myself something like: In saying yes to this commitment or opportunity, will it create more freedom for myself + family, will it sacrifice or amplify my health, can I do it from a place of love + compassion or am I doing it out of resentment?⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Using my core values as a metric, I rarely find myself getting stressed/upset about the things on my plate. Because I’m the one who intentionally put them there💁🏻‍♀️⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I realize there are ppl who will say: well I don’t have the luxury to say no to an opportunity right now. I HAVE to do it in order to pay my bills, etc. Get clear on your values anyway. The more you focus on them, you’ll begin to see that anything not in alignment with your values begins to fade away. You won’t have room for it in your life anymore.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
You begin to subconsciously filter out anything which isn’t for you. Before you know it you have the potential to squeeze out a ton of stress, feel aligned + produce your very best work.

KC: Karate Chop (Small Intestine Meridian)
Emotional significance:
Releases feeling stuck + promotes ease in moving forward, letting go, healing from grief, and ability to be happy in the present moment.

Releases trauma, hurt + sadness and promotes peace and emotional healing.

Emotional significance:
Releases resentment + anger and promotes clarity and compassion.

Releases fear + anxiety and promotes contentment, calmness, and the feeling of safety.

Emotional significance:
Releases shame and powerlessness and promotes self-acceptance, self-empowerment, and compassion for self and others.

✨May Makeover✨

Who loves a good makeover??🙋🏻‍♀️

For me personally, we’re not talking about outward appearance. Cause lord knows... topknots and yoga pants are my daily flavour, and that certainly didn’t change for the month of May.

I’m talking INTERNAL makeover.

Recapping your month + taking inventory of your progress helps you see how far you’ve come, where to adjust or course-correct, what direction you’re headed, and ultimately brings tons of intention + awareness to your life.

Here are just a few items on my May Makeover list which feel super good to have achieved. I’d LOVE to hear anything you’ve got on your list below💜

✨Launched my newest baby; Vibrate Higher Sessions. I was literally jolted out of my sleep every night for 2 weeks until I agreed to move forward on this idea. Once I said “okay fine I’ll do it!” I slept through the night, undisturbed.

I saw dozens + dozens of students flow through these high vibe sessions in May and I’ve witnessed numerous transformations already. SO glad I launched this (link in bio to learn more).

✨Zero wine. I love a bold, organic red, but I was feeling the call to cut out any unnecessary substances, distractions + lower vibration habits. My overall frequency has surged.

✨Downloaded a book idea. Like, crystal clarity direct to my brain. Excited to put this gift from the Universe into motion and create it.

✨Found my voice x’s 1000. I’ve never really shied away from sharing my thoughts, but this past month I’ve discovered how to really express myself deeper, and I honestly have not felt a sense of clarity, focus + connection to my self-expression like this in years.

I feel like a whole new person from the inside out.
And I love it.
